How to attract patients in today’s rapidly changing digital economy?

Patients are no longer willing to blindly follow the recommendations of a doctor

Patients are becoming empowered by the easy access of information available to them online, and it’s rapidly changing how they are relating to healthcare providers.

Empowered patients are changing the way dentists, chiropractors, naturopaths, physical therapists, acupuncturists, neurologist and other healthcare providers need to market your services.

So what is the best marketing for today’s patient-driven economy for your holistic health practice?

I call it Mission Based Marketing. It is marketing that leads by inspiring your community with your Mission Based Purpose for your practice and life’s work.

It’s about being generous. Sharing your expertise openly, long before a patient has ever made it into your office. Letting them know how and why you want to make an impact on health care, the world, and your community.

Your mission may be the real reason behind why you decided to become a healer, doctor or practitioner in the first place.

You may have a compelling story of your own of how you found your way to become an empowered patient, that inspired you to become the doctor, healer, and practitioner that you are today.

Your mission is usually something deeply personal, maybe even controversial. It often times feels vulnerable to speak about.

But I’ve found that after working with hundreds of holistic doctors, healers and practitioners over the years that this is precisely why your patients want to hear about your mission – because it’s authentic, genuine and it comes from your heart.
